Terms of Service:
I have the right to reject or refuse service to anyone. Money must be sent via PayPal prior to me starting the sketch process.
I will not give service to any commissioner who may want an illustration intended to be slanderous or hateful towards any individual or collection of individuals. I have the right to refuse any commission however I see fit.
My completion time is dependent on the things that occur in my life, and because of that, the commissioner may be expected to wait upwards to 7 months+.
Certain commission types take priority over others (sketch commissions and icons are finished before illustrations, and illustrations are finished before comics and reference sheets).
Payment MUST be upfront via PayPal, I will hold a slot for a limited amount of time (1 month) if a commissioner is unable to pay for the pricing. Partial payment for any commission type is allowed, but the full cost must be paid before I start the sketch process.
At any moment before the line art process of a commissioned illustration, you may change any details see fit, so long as the new / changed details fit the details paid for.
I do not accept partial payments for: Sketch Commissions.
Refund Policy:
I am willing to accept refunds so long as the illustration has not started on the line-art process.
I will state whether or not the piece has entered the line art process, and whether the commissioner may be able to refund after the line art process, at any given time.
If a refund is accepted after the line art process has started, the commissioner will receive half of their payment back.
Refunds AFTER the line-art process are not accepted.
If I cancel a commission before the sketch process of an illustration, the full amount for the commission will be refunded to the commissioner.
Commission types I do not accept refunds for: Reference Sheets, Comics
