It's my Birthday & National Video Game Day!

I'm 38, not entirely feeling great, but finding out that this day has an even better reason to give a hoot fixes everything. Treated myself to a Strawberry Shortcake Cupcake along with a Parmesan & Ham Croissant from my local bakery Desserts By Gerard, paid off my LoZ: Link's Awakening for Switch and currently DLing River City Girls on PS4.
The only thing I really wanted for my Birthday was a better form of employment so I be more at peace with myself, but mostly so I can be away from all the repugnant degenerates that constantly prove themselves to be beyond too dumb to exist. It's a serious problem when even on your days off you can't help but to think of what extra crap on top of the crap you're going to be exposed to and have to handle since everyone fails to do it right or at all. Even to the point of not doing anything. (That kind of explains why this is my first journal of this year. I'll be posting another real soon on a different topic.)
