As Paypal polices on my country are changing to detriment of us users I'll soon need to adjust and raise my prices to handle it. Being that the case, I'm doing a little promotion for those who commission me during this month (even those who already did) to keep my current prices for them for the last three months of the year or four commission pieces, whichever happens first.
