I really hate journalists like this where I'm having to make notice that I'm in terrible pain or something is wrong but that is the case today unfortunately.
If I inhale too deeply, try to yawn, or even try laying down so I can sleep, my back right shoulder is what used to hurt. Now it goes up to my neck, ribs, and even my chest. If the pain is bad enough, it will go to my throat. Keep in mind that this is mostly on my right side. I also cannot blow my nose because of the instant pain it incurs in my upper right side back area under my right shoulder blade. (The area to the bottom of it. )
Has anyone else had this issue? I plan on going to the doctor for this but I don't know if this is something I should go to a chiropractor for or what. I just know that this cannot continue.

Everything else can wait, that sounds like something that needs to be looked at ASAP
Hope they can help you right away
After a visit to the doc, they were immediately admitted because of an major infection in the lining around the lung/ribcage (Pleurisy). Was a bit touch-and-go for a time.
Problem was, according to the doc, that the pains they described could have been exactly what they thought at first. Bottom line was, without actual diagnosis, there was no easy way to tell the difference.
Wuff's advice is definitely to hit the doc, and if they diagnose skeletal/muscle cause, then perhaps a chiropractor is in order. But rule out the "something else" options first.
UPDATE:[I'm okay but I'm not, as in it's all musculature and lot nerve or skeletal! Yay! I now have Meds, and was told to rest, NO LIFTING AT ALL, and nothing too active. My back muscles are basically a pretzel and I'll just have to be very careful. Hot and cold packs, hot showers or baths and to avoid any heavy lift or lifting my arm over my mid.
I want to thank everyone for being so sweet and caring. I appreciate it and I promise to keep you all updated.
