Hey Rina. I asked around some artists I know and some you can try taking a look at Cash app or Venmo. They aren't exactly PayPal but they are money transferring services. You can I think also try looking into Ko-Fi as well. There's some limitations on the coffee thing but can be definitely used for commission purposes from what I asked.

I'm not sure how each one works in different countries for it's policy so you may have to look into each one carefully.
