I try and forget about myself for the most part. If I focus elsewhere, I forget about my issues. Last night I was in a bit of a sad/melancholy mood. Ran across Johnny Cash - Hurt again. But seeing someone I don't know being positive about others and saying we should love ourselves brought back the tears. I appreciate your thoughts and wishes for others.
