Where I've been and what I've been doing

So yeah, I've been pretty aloof lately. Haven't had much internet presence in any form.
The past few months have been really rough on me, from having exceptionally more to do at work, losing my stepfather, and having more responsibility piled onto my shoulders than I was prepared for. I haven't had much of any time for myself. Add in that my depression has been kicked into high gear and it's just been pretty much shit for me. I'm trying to come back and be more active, but it's hard for me to muster up the drive to do so. I'm in a vicious cycle of hating being alone while at the same time feeling too anxious to actually attempt to socialize. Not fun.
I'm trying to get back into more social stuff like MMOs and Discord. It's a long trek, but I'm trying.
On a lighter note, my birthday is this coming Sunday. I'll be turning 32 and entering into a state of existential dread as I realize that a third of my life has gone by and I have nothing to show for it :D
Notes are always open if you feel like chatting. Also on a bunch of messaging platforms.
Also also, if anyone plays Final Fantasy XIV I'm looking for more folks to play with. I'm on Siren
