How much nudity and sensuality can you do on Instagram?

I see a lot of butts and nudity that is not showing genitalia, but the terms say you can't show close-up naked butt cheeks. So I guess they don't enforce their rules that much? Anyone with experience on Instagram can give me a little tl;dr of how far people are allowed to take it there?

There's straight up ironic porn meme accounts on there and it takes a good while usually before the account gets deleted. So I guess you could say that the rules aren't enforced that much.

Depende...hay cuentas que muestran caleta de piel (usando hilo dental por ejemplo) y no les dicen anda, otras muestran la misma cantidad o incluso menos y las cierran (curiosamente muchas con tematica lgbt, aun cuando no hay nada explicito XD), mientras no sea contenido explicito no debería haber problema....pero igual creo que se debe ir tanteando de a poco.
