Capsule Chibi just released their promo miniature for the upcoming Siblings of Chaos Kickstarter, so like last time with Siblings of Conflict, I'll be starting up a character creation project centered around this promo miniature. Much like last time, we'll start with Phase 1, where I take open suggestions on stuff like race, hair, color pallet, and stuff like that. Phase 2 is where I collect the best ideas from those suggestions, and create an open vote off on which ones should be used for the final character. The end result will be a custom miniature and a full character reference sheet based on the final results.
