The problems continue

Here is what is going on with me...
Well. We are IN the house. The hot water issue that derailed our move in date? No one lit the pilot light. Fucking useless. So we were cleared to move in. There are so many spiders here I cant even describe. Huge ones too. I cried many times already because I'm seriously afraid of them. So we paid 159 for terminex to spray. Low and behold, the house has a water leak in the smaller bathroom. A leak that has been there for a while because the hallway which has been hella damp for who knows how long IS GROWING MUSHROOMS ON THE CARPET INSIDE THE HOUSE. Oh and yeah, there is mold all up in the vanity and wall. We had to shut water off at the hot water heater to get the leak to stop, but every time we need to do laundry or shower we have to turn it back on and the leak continues. We have made people aware, one man came out to give the company a quote on what to do, but he didnt fix anything because "the company just asked for a quote for how, if you have a fan try to plug it in and have it blowing in here" and then left. We tried to get internet hooked up yesterday but apparently the owners cut all the cable lines leading to the house so they said they cant do anything without a written letter from the owner that it's ok to install. Well we got that today but now they dont have time to do it until tomorrow. And yall were suggesting a breach in contract and to get them to pay for the extra day on the trucks and hotel rooms, well APPARENTLY because they worded it "PREFFERED move in date 9/27" they wont cover anything. So. That's where I am with everything.
Still not okay.
Really.

If you haven't already, I'd definitely recommend taking photos of everything. If your new state is a "1-party" consent state, you may even consider recording the conversations with the owner. Because this has got to be breaking some laws of some sort.
