The state of things - Oct 2019

Hello everyone,
I figured I would try and get one of these out a month. Didn't write anything in September, so I'll just put this one out now.
No real update on the game, I'm postponing the combat update to work on touching up and tweaking the existing spritework. Mainly to get Kyia two pixels taller just to have her be 72 pixels tall, creating a scale of 1 pixel = 1 inch. That, and changing the armor slightly to put it more in line with an older piece of artwork I made once.
Haven't gotten too much besides that, honestly. I'm actually still working on a couple more of the animations before they are all updated.
What I also wanted to discuss was the game mechanics I've planned. So the game is meant to be vore-centric, and when HP is depleted, you lose your armor, entering a temporary crisis state where any enemy can capture you. If you manage to avoid being caught for a short period of time you regain a small amount of HP, but your armor is still gone until you reach a save point where you can repair it, meaning you miss out on whatever bonuses the armor granted.
Of course, that would probably be a pain to implement, and it'll be a while before I get to that point regardless.
Anyway, until next time.
