Luckily, my scans came back relatively normal! There's a term my spine doctor used for me once, telling me I'm the 'normal range of abnormal' and so long as I'm there, I think I'm doing great

Lol sounds encouraging, at least the doc thinks you're ok. I
had a similar situation as my iron levels were 0.2 below normal so it flashed on the computer I needed to see the doc. Saw the doc who asked a couple of questions and said you're only slightly out of the normal range so there's nothing to worry about, just have some red meat and some Guinness
