Best place to draw?

I've been having real trouble finding a comfy place to draw with my tablet lately. I use it with a laptop so it's kinda tricky. I *can* sit at the table, but for some reason I seem to find if the tablet is LOWER (rather than me reaching up to get to it), I draw more easily.
However that usually means sitting on the floor on on a sofa and leaning over to draw on the flat surface.. = bad back pretty quickly. XD I also find it weird if the screen is too far away from me to draw! However I dislike sitting up at the table because I sit at a desk all day and it feels less relaxing :P

So it may seem like a weird question, but what do you find easier? Sitting at the table, on a sofa, etc? Mainly for if you're using a tablet and maybe a laptop too. Maybe I just need the laptop you can draw straight onto :D I know there can't be too many possible answers to this question but worth a try, right? ^_~

We should ask that Calico guy, I'm sure he has all sorts of different positions for wrangling his stylus around in front of the computer.
Seriously tho, I loves my Bamboo!!! I WISH I could have justified spending the money on a Cintiq, but... I wasn't even sure I could draw! Lol!!

It should take a few days, or so the post lady told me.
I should get a tablet too.. and get your tablet positioning problems ^^ Tho I gues I'd put it on the table in front of my keyboard and have my chair on a right level to be in a comfortable height to the screen/tablet.
so.. raise your chair higher? Move to a bigger table?
Yeahh it seems like a table might still be the best place - perhaps I just need a comfier chair :D
Translation: I think I understand your problem. I never ever draw with my tablet any more for similar reasons. :( Bleh. I'd say trying to raise your chair might help.
PS: Aufur is being filthy!!
Though I don't know if you should take posture tips from me. I've had back problems and tendonitis in my elbows for years and my doctor, when I tried to describe my desk-sitting posture, said "That sounds like the most painful way to sit imaginable."
I think my posture is okaay but could be better... XD
