They've started work rebuilding the condo! The rehab bus came close to the condo complex and I saw men slapping a roof on the building.

Thanks. I just hope they saved the water heater. It was brand new and very high quality. We could shower literally for hours without running out of hot water. And on its lowest setting the water was still hot enough to make cup of noodles. And the gas bill was so low to be almost negligible.
