Want an OC in the Game I'm making?

Now that I've gotten over one hump, I'm going to go forward with a fun little thing to have people's OCs appear in the game as common enemies (and no, your character won't be killed, just putting that out there) but will be a part of the Sky Pirate crew that I've shown on twitter.

Now steam punk or deisel punk?
If it's steam punk is it hydrogen?
If so then the tools will all have to be non sparking...and being a pirate the mechanic will want to show off...so his tools will all be semiprecious metals...and his/her FAVOURITE spanner will HAVE to be silver...so in case they're attacked by lycanthropes, yuh know...*Smirk*
I might just start off with a simple free raffle for the first one.
