Horrid chest pains

Hello
I am here to rant because im in agony and ain't doing much to help myself
There is a horrid sharp and weird pain around my chest. Mainly my left side near my heart. It really hurts. The pain goes from under my ribs all the way to my jaw. And I have been feeling this pain for the past hour.
It sometimes shifts to the right side. But moves back to the left right away
And it hurts horrid. But when I move and stretch a bit it temporarily lessens?
Idk what I'm doing. It hurts but I dont want to go to a doctor

I think you should get it checked rught away just in case!
There isn't pain in my stomach. The only other strange thing is the feeling my left hand and shoulder have, but that's its. And in getting a headache. That is something I'm also getting
