it stopped. and im feeling better, but my shoulder and chest feels really tired and worn out? I will notify my doctor about it.. it hasnt been the first time this happened either..
i get them rarely but i just push them off like they mean nothing. but... i really should get myself checked out again. and i will try to tell them about it. just to be safe...

for me it can be
- a bad pain to breath so i stop for a few seconds until it stops. been having that since i was 13 am now 26.
- as you said pains in my chest.
for my dad when i was 18
- he always complained about chest pains since i was idk 4, and acted like it was heart problems, but when he finally went to the DR which he never did they told him it was gas, and his heart was fine.
im not saying "it's gas don't see a DR" i am saying you should be ok at least i think. it could very well be gas but again keep tabs on it because it could just as easily be something else.
and before any one says "oh wow your just writing this off as issues with bowel moments your a dick." hear me out i have a condition where my stomach doesn't work properly, and i get this way a lot more than normal, and on many occasions had to tell my dad and ex both they weren't dying, and for both of them a time later they went to the bathroom like i suggested and came out feeling better.
that being said I AM NO DR JUST A SICKLY PERSON. i deal with this stuff all the time and it could maybe be a cause. but on the off chance it is something else do not exert yourself, stay calm, and take a aspirin or two every now and then. chest pain is nothing to play with and two people l=in my life did have congestive heart failure and blocked arteries respectively.
i am glad your going to a DR but in the time being maybe take a stool softener or mild laxative i recommend "miralax", a little "mineral oil", or "magnesium citrate", and that you avoid dulcolax unless you want more cramps but try and rule out gas. for example i am having chest pains now from gas since i was given cheese while im not supposed to have it.
