Alright guys, it's that time of the month. On the 31st I will be raffling off a free custom adopt. With a catch of course! As this is Halloween, the adopt must be a monster! All you have to do is follow the rules below for a chance to win. This raffle is only happening through journal, new watchers are welcome!
