I hope so too, but honestly.... I'm afraid it can't. it would require an existential change on my part.

Yeah, just waiting for the day I can finally leave my slave driver of a big sister, and a petulant gaslighter of a mother. But no matter where I run to, no matter how far, it’s the same, nothing ever changes. And I think I’m running out of faith.

Personally speaking, something that can destroy your livelihood like that is that big enough to be able to encroach upon your daily life. Likewise, it’s going to take a miracle of epic proportions to steer the sinking ship back to shore (my essay “The Phoenix Within” detailed the shit back in high school - I’m just fighting for my life now).

I hope you’re going to be alright, and you’ll have enough to hang in there <3 <3

(P.S. sorry I didn’t tell you about my personal situation sooner, I just didn’t want to look like a pitiful charity case - it never helps when people see me like that)
