Drawing another artist's style, would you do it?

Hello there! :D
Regards! I hope everyone is well!
Recently while drawing I was watching a video about drama among artists.
This video ---> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVBuii3b-D0
In summary there is something that happened between an artist and a potential client who wanted to buy a commission, but the client wanted the artist to draw a character in the style of another artist, and basically this bothered the artist a lot since he considered it a great disrespect.
And that last one is what encouraged me to open a debate here on that specific topic.
If a client asks you to draw a character in the style of another artist, would you consider it as an insult or disrespect?
Honestly, I personally would not take it as an insult or disrespect, since someone, in this case a client, is relying on my abilities to replicate another artist's style, for many it is something that can be challenging or annoying, but personally, I don't see a problem in doing something like that.
However, I don't know if this attitude on my part would be correct, should I refuse this kind of clients who ask me to draw something in the style of another artist?
Should the client asking me that be ashamed?
I honestly don't know, that's why I wanted to ask your opinion about it, please comment!
Greetings and have a nice day! :D

Now, I don't know if my point of view is wrong or bad, because first I'm also a newbie selling designs and drawings on internet, I started in 2018... and I would like someone to give me their opinion, again the truth I don't see how bad this can be, I don't see it as an insult to the artist.
But generally speaking, I would say that this is something a client should not ask for as it is rude for quite a few reasons. Namely, it is discrediting your own personal style which is like your brand; your style is something you have worked hard on mastering. And the client does not want that? It would be like asking your chef to cook with a recipe from another restaurant. I doubt that would end well at all!
In some cases I think it would be alright, but for the most part I believe a client should be paying you for your style.
I understand a lot why an artist can get upset if a client asks for something like that, If you like another artist's style so much, ask him.
I understand the idea that an artist works for so many years with a style, so that suddenly a client asks him to draw something different from what he has done for so long, and that this may annoy the artist, possibly not reaching an agreement with the client.
But I also think that an artist's skills are undervalued by enclosing him in the idea that that artist can only do one style. I have seen many artists who in their commissions, offer drawings with realistic style, cartoon, chibis, etc. Of course, there are many ways to draw realism, cartoons, anime or chibis, each artist creates art with something that identifies them, and perhaps that something is difficult to replicate. The way the artist colors, the way they draws hands, faces, bodys, etc.
I try to find an intermediate point, because I understand why an artist can be bothered by this, but I also don't think that the client is doing something horrible asking an artist to draw another style of another artist.
I say this more than anything because of the experience of several artists that I have seen working in other styles than those that dominate, even the same artist explains that it is based on the style of another artist, or things like artists who work for a complex production, such as an animation movie, an animation studio will have about 20 or more artist, and everyone should design and work with a focused style according to the megaproduction they are doing.
But it is difficult find an intermediate point, because many see this as an act of the client by looking for another artist to draw something in the style of an artist that that client cannot afford.
And I also think it's a negative point that I understand when a customer asks for this, I think it is rude for both artists when the goal is to get something cheaper, since you despise the value of the work of that artist that you cannot buy a commission.
That's why I think it's an interesting topic to discuss and debate, because getting that intermediate point is difficult.
