Hot art, or nice artist?

I was recently discussing with a friend of mine about something, and I decided to throw the question out there since it affects probably 85% of the people who watch me, give or take a little bit~
Does an artist who annoys you (for whatever reason, be it their disposition, manner of talking to others, manner of typing, asshole-ish-ness -- y'know, that kinda stuff) turn you off from enjoying their art? Like, even if the art is amazing of quality and spot-on for content that you love, if you dislike the artist as a person, can you not enjoy the stuff they draw, even if it's as different as night and day?
Myself, if I really dislike the artist as a person, I find it very hard to bring myself to enjoy (see: fap to) their artwork, even if it is super amazing high-quality and hot as the core of the sun.
What do you guys think? l3

could be the best art out there, but the quality goes down when you dont have much respect for them or vice versa.
the asshole factor kinda kills the fapability.
ive got a friend that is a really good artist, not the best out there but shes an awesome friend so her art actually ... has a turnon factor.
I really don't like being so drawn to an artist's work when they annoy me, but that's happened a few times.
I think I've fapped to work written by someone that annoys me a lot, but that didn't stop me because we're still kinda friends.
But it's a turn off. Art's still a part of the artist, and they're what made every bit of the picture you see, so unless you don't care or think too deeply about it, it's pretty hard to separate the two. D:
What it shows is a level of emersion in escapism thats unhealthy.

Vaporshi is probably the prime example I can think of.
That chick is a cunt. apparantly a Duck Cunt. I'd like to pistol whip her and her elitist friends with a NES Zapper. obviously, I detached myself from her art as well as Coral and Lania's because of personal beef. they do have technically good art, but I just can't look at it any more without feeling ire.
I gotta say, I can still enjoy the art of a douchey artist, but it always rubs me the wrong way when I do so. Uhuhuh... That sounded wrong. Of course, there are a few I just can't, simply because I've seen how that person behaves.

Someone that considers them better than others because they can use a pencil fairly well. Assholes.
Greedy artists that update their journal way way too much just to talk about commission prices. Weather to say they are open or closed.
I have very little watched people obviously, since that's most of the community. The people I do have watched are fairly good guys and gals. :3
