What happened? (Drawing Tablet)

So, you all know if you followed up with what happened to my tablet that I atm, still don’t have a drawing tablet there works. So now I will explain what have happened and what I will try to do.
1. My tablet did stop working and the problem is that it not wanted to show display at all. Short said, nothing wrong with the pc, did try new cables, tested on 2 pc’s still no display only the “No Signal”. Had tried a lot of different things to make it work, updated everything so all on pc are the latest update and software for tablet newest update and that did not work. I could keep on with what I did try, because I take IT education, so I know what normally works.
2. I contacted Wacom the 14th October and got told within 48 hours I would get reply and then I didn’t hear anything and contacted them again the 18th October.
3. I finally heard from them the 21th October and ofc they asked me to test every method I did test out!! So, I got kinda pissed, but answered them 1 hour after with I had tested it all and nothing worked.
4. The 22th October I needed to give them all my personal information, show video explaining of the issue etc. A lot of personal information files/documents just to see if I could get a replacement.
5. The 28th October I got approved for a replacement and they send it and gave me information about what to add of things in the defect one to send to them.
6. Here the 5th November I got the replacement, got everything made ready to send the defect and they should have received the defect now when I look on ups tracking. I sat up the replacement when I got home from school it did work and after late lunch/food I eat when I got home from school. It did not work anymore when I was done eating got same problem as the one I had before and tested everything I did last time nothing works.
7. I did look through reports about cintiqs found in total from all sites I checked 15 reports with same issue and the once I found on wacoms forum they just say “Check you hdmi cable and if it don’t work send it to repair”
8. I did try write with Wacom and now they just try blame it on my pc when its clearly not are, when it doesn’t work on 2 different pc’s! And if they should fix it, they said it would cost for the repair.
9. The first tablet was bought 25th February 2019 and on wacoms website the cintiq I have, have 3-year warranty when I read on their website so they can’t say it gonna cost me when it’s their product not working.
So, what am I gonna do know?
1. I am in contact with a great IT/Tech guy I know, he is just a bit busy atm but will take a look at my tablet but he doubts it gonna work.
2. Will try sell some of my high value characters to get money to buy a new tablet.
3. Gonna make some traditional cheap headshot commissions – Working on samples.
4. And then I look into what tablet I should try buy next!
Im looking on huion tablets because I can buy them in EU. I need to be able to buy it in European union, tablet with screen connected to pc, should be good with photoshop and clip studio paint, I don’t go under 13” screen.
Any tablet idea to me? Feel free to share! I will NOT buy from Wacom again.
