Commissions Opened ( Got scammed, will work for mons )

As you might have already read in the title, I got scammed. Hey, there's always a first time, right?
I wanted to buy an item from Ebay in value of about 300 Euro ( $330 USD ) . The seller had only positive reviews, the price of the item was not out of the ordinary. It was not one of those cases when you see an article listed for $40 instead of $200, or anything along those lines. It was a fairly normal priced item. They accepted returns too! Well, after paying with my debit, I receive an email from the seller (which is a verified company) , saying that their account got hacked, and that never offered the said item for sale. The guy I sent the money to, is some random guy in Poland. Fantastic.
I've contacted the Ebay - they can't do anything since it was paid by debit - , I've contacted my bank, which had me pay a fee for looking into the case, although I've already been told that it's extremely unlikely I'll ever see that money again. I've been to the police. I've filed a complaint (if that's the right name for it), and I've been to the consumer-central, both of which told me that it's probably a lost case. Probably some random hacker who has lost their trace by now. I've already been told to have no hope/expectations of getting my money back.
If it were 20 bucks, I honestly wouldn't care this much, but in my case that meant quite a bit of sparing and commissions work - now all down the drain.
So I am here to remind you that my commissions are still opened.
It is not by any means a life threatening situation, but if you do want to help, then it's of course very much welcome.
it's not a life or death type of emergency, but it's sad that it happened at all, and I am willing to work back for those money that I've just lost.

Mini T.O.S.:
- Payment is to be paid in full beforehand through Paypal.
- Refunds work the following way: If I am unable to work on your commission, out of whatever reason, I will refund you the full payment. If you have to back out, I will refund you the amount of money worth what I have not finished. For example if I have already started your commission and I am already at the sketching phase, I may only offer you back the full amount minus the sketch price.
- A ref page is not necessary, but it's definitely useful!
- I can offer you a WIP screenshot of my sketch, right before I start painting, if you would like me to, for no extra cost. I can also fix small mistakes as long as they are easy to fix, or in the beginning/sketching phase.
- If there is any delay on my side, or any unexpected life updates that might delay your commission, I will let you know! Communication is key!
- I work with photos, references, textures, etc.. If you're not okay with that, please do not commission me.
