I was inspired to write this journal to ease my turbulent heart that is full of how much I would like to live in a sfw fetish-free internet area where I could draw as many chubby characters or interesting character designs as I wanted, people wouldn't assume I was into some kind of fetish thing, and people that have a fetish for whatever I drew would realize I wasn't interested in that thing in a sexual/fetish context and thus wouldn't ask me to draw it in that way.
-To start off I hate that there are people attracted to actual animals and underage people, I just wanted to get this out there.
-I do like drawing furry characters, and as of this journal forward I will be putting an appropriate disclaimer on art featuring them. I've had issues with people assuming I like certain fetish or sexual subjects when I, in fact, do not and I figured this was a way to hopefully solve that problem.
-Also, I have issues concerning femboy and trap type characters, often people will send me characters that seem to be underaged children, and sometimes they are nude or in outfits that feel to me as if they are innapropriate for a child. This makes me very uncomfortable, I already try not to draw a lot of child characters as I don't want to encourage people sending me this type of refference or assuming that I like young looking characters, but I felt that I should make a statement about it as well.
I'm iffy about taking commissions for cute guy type characters because of how much I dislike being sent the reff type mentioned above, and doing more art of cute guys might attract that type of thing.
-For the record- I'm a greasy long haired neckbeard, and because I draw anime style my fursona accidentaly looks like a femboy and makes femboy people follow me, this is unintentional! There is nothing wrong with being a feminine dude, but I'm just a boring man-dude that likes human women lol
-I am interested in greek mythology and thus my fursona is a chimera with a snake tail- but don't expect any tail fetishism or tail vore from me, in fact if you're expecting that you should just unfollow, cause I'm gonna dissapoint you on that front...
-I personally hate the fetishizing of parts that are based on actual animals (paws, muzzles, tails etc.) as I don't feel as if any part belonging to an animal should be fetishized, so please don't send me refferences or try to talk me (or trick me) into drawing this kind of material.
-Canines, Foxes and Dragons are species that I used to draw a lot of in the past, but now I'm bored of them. They are all over the place though, so you should be able to find someone else who will draw your character for you
-I would really really love it if people commissioned me for more unusual animal anthros like insects or non-shark fish, I've been a furry for 8 years and I would love to see more new things that surprise me rather than similar stuff all the time!
-I am not interested in any way sexuallly to anthro characters or any anthro related fetishes (taur, TF, vore, macro/micro, etc. etc.)
-Nothings even wrong with being horny, but It's frustrating when I only ever draw normal art and it gets misinterpreted as sexual or fetish art because there is a lot of porn and fetish stuff floating around in the furry community so of course someone would assume any furry art was horny... I've been struggling for a while having to convince people being a furry isn't always a fetish and I will continue telling people that because it is true.
In summary: If you're expecting anything NSWF/Fetishy from me you should just unfollow
P.S. If you are also a sfw and non-fetish furry I would love to hear from you, maybe we can get a zine going or something!

Secondly as I am also a SFW and non-fetish artist, I really appreciate that you understand that not all furry related work is just for kink and sex related stuff. This community has more to offer than that!
There’s nothing at all wrong with exploring one’s sexuality, but it’s not going to be for everyone.
When I joined the site I was told that because I don’t draw porn I would never find my place here. And that could not be father from the truth!
It’s good to set limits and stick with them. Otherwise some people just walk all over you.
I think art communities have all kinds of stuff to like or dislike, but it's just kinda weird to me regarding something like an anime or indie community as opposed to a furry one... I mean both the furry and anime communities are sexually expressive and people in them sure love nsfw art, but why does the furry community treat people weird about it? (Don't get me wrong I've had some people annoyed that I didn't draw giant anime boobs, but on the furry side I had someone telling me I was insulting them personally for not wanting to draw a bulge on their character and users saying that I actually hate gay people because I don't like drawing young boy style characters, but I'll draw adult gay couples whenever so??)
Ah well... let's get a zine going! Lol...
It does seem like there’s specific behaviours in each fandom, not sure why that is! And I don’t see anything wrong with not wanting to draw a couple when one of them looks like a child. If they’re an adult fine, but not every artist will want to draw it because of how it appears without context.
It’s not an attack on them because someone isn’t comfortable drawing something, they can just find someone else to do it.
