So I'm in the process of building this blue deck and I made the 60 card deck. But I'm a bit stuck as to HOW I should build it. I know the WHAT part, as in I know how I want it to work. But I'm lost as to what I should put in it. I have this milling from the deck and island walk thing I'd like to do. Pretty much I wanna lock my opponent down so they cannot attack because I turn their lands into islands with my islandwalk creatures and make them mill(discard) from their deck. I've already got my Jace, memory Adept. But I need a bit more than that
