just so this is handy dandy ready for anything!!
GENERAL TOS
my terms of service is (by commissioning me you agree to these terms):
→ I do not use paypal SOMETIMES. I WOULD USE COMMISS.IO OR STRIPE.
→ If you claim a slot, you must have the funds for it. Please do not claim if you do not have the funds. Slot will be revoked after one reminder after 24hrs
→ Commissions may be quick, but please be aware some may not. Please allow me at least 3 month to work on and deliver your commission.
→ If you would like a WIP, tell me. If not, I will complete the art without sending a WIP. Though in most cases I do send out WIP, even if it was not requested.
→ If there is no response from you, the commissioner, I will notify you the loss of the comm slot/spot. If you had already paid and I get no response for a week or so, I will refund the payment and not give you the completed art. If you do not respond after I deliver you the commission, I will still take it as you got and saw it was sent to you.
→ Everyone is entitled to a refund. If you paid and need me to refund, depending on the status of the art, will get one with or without a consequence.
-Refund if I have not started: no warning
-Refund after WIP sent: warning (2-3 warnings, depending on reasons, will be blacklisted or
blocked)+ the art will no longer be yours to have, use, re-post, etc. and may be
repurposed/used
-Refund when you receive the completed art: automatic blacklist or block (depending on the
reason) + the art will no longer be yours to have, use, re-post, etc. and may be repurposed/used
→ I can and will make changed if request that I made a mistake on, I will NOT redo a comm unless it was a mistake on my end. I send WIPs most the time for most commissions, if you approve it and change your mind after the comm is complete, that would not be my fault. If you would like changes, please tell me ahead of time when you are given the WIP.
→ I am allowed to decline a commission if I am unable to do or am uncomfortable doing.
→ Any art you get from me, free or not, must be properly credited to me when posting anywhere!
→ PLEASE BE AWARE: I may refund commissions!! I tend to come across a lot of personal, home, health etc. issue along the way. If I am unable to complete a comm I will inform you and refund you. I will also ask for a reply from you to know you are aware you were refunded.
DESIGN TOS
→ Some parts of the design may be used again in future designs. Please be aware
→ Do not sell the design for more than what you paid. In the case of traded designs to you or given for free, do NOT sell them unless you purchased art or made art for them.
Please do NOT put anything in the note section of the payment, nor accept or pay if you are having to pay more than the correct amount. And please tell me when it has been sent or if you are having any issues!
