My clothes are a bug uniform in Sword, and in Shield, I am wearing a dragon uniform

No, not really.
He may be god, but he's a Sinnoh Legendary, so it would only make sense that it would take time for him for may his way in that direction.

First one that comes to mind is Hans from Frozen. He was a bad villain and really doesn’t need a redemption arc in Frozen II (at least, last I heard that was gonna happen).
