Also called an amygdala hijack, the part of the mind that cause extreme emotions. The most powerful ones are anger, sadness and fear. Understanding that you must be sacred when these events happen. Ignoring or blocking it dose not make it go way. Find what the problem is going on and ask your loved ones , friends your trust and family when these events happen.

Oh yes. I feel a very warm sensation in my head when I'm angry. Also when I'm nervous about something, I feel sweaty and have a funny feeling in my head.

I can get that feeling too, a cold rush. It is similar to when I get adrenaline moments like fear or "oh shit oh fuck" moments, so maybe it's that?
