Hi folks. Sorry for not being really active on here as.. well.. as someone put it "The poop has well and truly hit the windmill."

Where to begin? On 1/21/2019 I started at a company called Pro Unlimited (I don't give a fuck about using names now. I really don't.) and as I interviewed with these schmucks they said "Oh there's a chance for this to go permanent" Great! So I go ahead and get myself into the role which is data entry and supporting analysts that support clients. And this place has BIG clients like Nike and Apple to name a few. So I am working and 1 month turns into 3 which turns into 6 and still no offer. So I ask my boss and they say he'll talk to the higher ups. Ok. Great.

You see where this is going right?

So on 11/7 I am dragged into a meeting saying that they replaced me and they're cutting my hours to 2 days a week. Now mind you at this point I have been here 10 months, missed ONE day and that was because my mate was in the hospital, never been late and had gotten EVERY task done on or ahead of schedule. I was pissed to say the least and the reason that was given was this program "Was for someone of an accounting background." or "For recent graduates".

I proved that bullshit false in a hour. One person who works there BARELY graduated HS and the other person who had my job was in her 30's. Soooooo.. yeah.

I can't PROVE it's ageism but the asshole that replaced me is as dumb as a fucking post and 21 years old.

So I go into work Monday and I get a call from my agency saying where am I and I say I am at work and they say "well.. your schedule changed this week.. didn't anyone tell you?"

I. fucking. lost. it.

I basically threatened to quit right then and there. But cooler heads prevailed and I decided to stay.. but NOT before going to HR and telling them EVERYTHING. How I suspect i am being discriminated against because of my age and all that other bullshit.

So that's the story of this whole fucking mess. I will tell you this. I am actively looking right now and there are some irons in the fire and I can't talk about most of this shit because I don't want to jinx it.. but if this works out I will be SET.

And I cannot WAIT to get the fuck away from this place. Because when I am gone.. this asshole is STILL working 3 day work weeks.. work comes in DAILY. Who's going to pick up the slack? Not my fucking problem and I already told people shit's going to fall apart. Some scoffed or laughed.. but then again.. I have had businesses SHUT DOWN after I had left, departments have fallen APART after I have left.. this isn't me boasting.. this is FACT.

Anyway.. enough ranting.. I don't want fucking christmas to happen this year because shit is going to fall apart.. :/
