Short Animation Artist Needed.

For truth, justice, and booty. I have an idea of a SFW small loop of Zacky in a convertible car in a New Retro Synthwave esque style.
Thinking just him in place and the animation being the wind blowing in his hair and ears and seeing the road pass by over street lights occasionally lighting him up.
I have a good idea of an angel/pov as well.
But I need to find an artist first. Any help would be great~

How short were you thinking? Taller than 5'? Shorter?
