New Terms of Service & Commission Types

Hello there !
First time making a journal. I'm having quite a lot of trouble getting used to FA's formatting and I must admit it is hard to make something that is easy to read and good looking... But let me try :D
I now have Terms and Conditions of Service that you must agree to in order to commission art from me. I know it's an additional step to take into consideration, but it is necessary so I can offer better services. The better things are explained beforehand, the easier the commission process is !

I now also offer Reference sheets as a commission type ! I will only take a few slots a year due to the sheer amount of back and forth this kind of commission involves.
