Need advise (Tablet problems again!)

okay first my mouse on my tablet screen while using the pen was lagging/glitz from side to side even sometimes showing 2 mouses but i didnt got that on record. Then i restarted my pc to try fix it and now i cant get any display shown at all, only the "No Signal"

It have worked for some long time now and now this shit again, and i would just work on something before bed so my pc have been shut down all day.
But i will post everything i have done here the week we go in might if this dont work spread it over more days to post ^^ ^
Just to say i am saving up for a new tablet!
