Alrighty, here's a cliffnotes update, because I'm currently high on painkillers:

1) I had top surgery 4 days ago! It went well, and recovery is going smoothly so far!
3) I get my drains out tomorrow, and then the day after I'm going to slowly get back into work.
2) I'll be taking it easy at my full time job for the next couple of weeks, and using the downtime to work on my overdue commissions.
?) Ideally, I want to have everything finished by mid-January.

Obviously I need to prioritise making sure my recovery continues going smoothly, so while I will be working on my overdue commissions, it'll be slow going. Still, I've taken stock of what still needs to be done, and it's not more than about a week's worth of full-time equivalent.
