Reference Sheets
All reference sheets have a simple gradient background and are created in flat colors - if you would like a detailed shading of your reference, please let me know.
❅ Designed Characters ($50) - Includes a full front view, full back view, and a color palette. Designed characters mean they are not brand new and they have been created before.
❅ New Characters ($75) - Includes a full front view, full back view, and a color palette. New characters include creating a concept with me, have never been drawn out before, etc.

Background
Background fees depend on the level of detail shown in the drawing

I reserve the right to reject any order! Things that could include why would be beyond artist possibilities, outside of my comfort zone, contact with the purchaser is difficult, etc.

Payment and Refunds
Payments are only through dollars[USD], I do not accept any other form of currency. Payments are also through PayPal ONLY. I reserve the right to make additional payments which may or may not include the following:
❅ Wings/Extra Limbs/etc.
❅ Complex Character (Various accessories, mechanical, strong amount of details, complex hairstyle, etc.)
❅ Private Commission
❅ Etc.

Payment Plans
Payment Plans may be offered for commissions over $150. An initial payment of $50 must be made as a down payment. I will draw a sketch and then wait to finish your commission until payment has been received in full.
Returns
Refunds can only be made if the commission HAS NOT BEEN STARTED.
If contact with the purchaser is difficult (not responding to my messages), I reserve the right to put the auction or YCH back on fA. Such person gets 100% refund and the slot is assigned for another purchaser.

What Is The Process?
I provide WIPS in 2 of my 4 stages which will be sent via private messages - this may include FurAffinity Notes, Discord, Twitter, or Email.
❅ Sketch (WIP 1) - Once receiving full payment or the downpayment of a payment plan, I will send the purchaser a sketch. There will be once chance in making changes to the sketch. Upon making the changes I will send over the revised sketch. If there are changes that were not brought up when viewing the initial sketch, the next changes will result in a fee. I put a lot of time into my work so making changes over and over again results in me getting behind on other commissions and becomes both frustrating for me as an artist and the commissioner. (Please note that if I missed a detail on a character, this does not result in extra fees!)
❅ Line - After the sketch approval, I proceed to line my work. This is where I work on refining the sketch and adding details in the art. The pose may also be altered slightly in the linework phase but not a significant amount. No WIP is provided during this stage.
❅ Flat Color (WIP 2) - This is the second WIP you will receive This is ensuring that all the colors in the piece are to your liking and to make sure that the color of the reference character is correct as well. Small changes in colors are free.
❅ Shading - After finishing the work, I will send a link (typically google drive) to download the art. I include two different sizes of the artwork. One size is the original high-quality version for personal use and the other is a web-sized version. The web-sized version ensures the correct dimensions so that FurAffinity or other websites do not shrink your artwork upon posting - This piece also includes a bigger watermark to prevent against art thieves. Please also note when receiving the file, it is ideal to click the download button located on the right side of the screen or using the 'next' button on a phone to download the images to ensure full resolution.

Resolution Rules
As mentioned above, the purchaser will receive 2 sizes of the commission. A high resolution and a web version.
❅ High Resolution - This is the size I worked on. Publishing it to websites is forbidden as this is why I provide the web size version.
❅ Web Version - This size is allowed for publishing the artwork online and is preferred when sending to other people.
All versions contain my signature, however, the web version contains a bigger low opacity signature to prevent art thieves.

Artist Freedom
An artistic vision is achieved through a private order, challenges, or a YCH. "Artistic Freedom", is where the client provides 2-3 keywords for the artist and then the artist creates the piece of work with those keywords. It is upon the artist's discretion to choose a pose, background, and other artistical elements that are determined under the negotiations. The client can request WIP's however please let me know upfront.

Turnaround and Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the amount of free time I have. Please keep in mind that I have health issues, as well as a full-time job, and am enrolled full time in college; therefore commissions can take a few hours to a few months. I do provide constant updates on my Trello and FurAffinity Page (Journals) if there will be a delay when I cannot work. I do not accept deadlines, although if the art is for a gift for a birthday, holiday, etc. please let me know at least 4 weeks in advance before the final date - I will do my best to finish the commission on time.

Copyrights
All copyrights go only to the artist Icebounde. They are inalienable and protected by law. I do not agree to use my work for commercial purposes. I reserve the full rights to my artwork. Full rights entail the right to use, publish, re-post, and alter the artwork as I wish, as well as selling prints of the artwork.
I agree to place arts on other profiles in low-resolution versions, but only with a link to my account. Every art has my signature, removing it = breaking the copyright.
My clients have the right to print the high-resolution version of the artwork for their private use.
By ordering artwork from me, you automatically agree to me displaying the piece however I please.
