Accepting ToS:
•By Commissioning my services, you are agreeing that you have read and understand the terms. I have the right to refuse service or deny any commission at any time. I have the right to make changes or additions to the terms at any time.
Payment:
•Payment is to be made in Money Friend (cuz the actual source is gonna be dumb) only, using USD. They are to be made up front unless stated otherwise. Invoice or direct transfer both work.
Rights:
•Upon recieving the completed commission you may repost the completed art with the link to the original post or to my FA/Twitter, resize the digital files for personal usage, and use the art to create physical prints, badges, or stickers for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
•You may not remove my watermark/signature or claim it as your own work, resell the artwork in any form, or use the artwork to produce physical prints, badges, stickers, or tee shirts for COMMERCIAL USE at all.
•Violating of these rights will lead to any further commission attempts to be denied permanently.
References:
•Please send any references you have of a character, clothing style, poses, scenery, etc.
•A digital reference sheet will be better than anything.
•I reserve the right to deny a character if the sheet only contains a SHADED reference without the color palette.
•If a color on a reference is wrong, inform me immediately so I can get the color right. If the commissioner does not inform me before the shading process, I am not to be held accountable for any future issues from that.
Updates and Deadlines:
•I'll send over a message on the form of communication that works the best for both parties when work on the commission starts. It depends on the place you have in the current queue. Regular updates will be provided when progress is made, extra updates can be provided given that they arent constant. Please do not give hard deadlines on artwork. It takes time to make things, and unfortunately I do suffer from chronic mental illness, so some days may not be productive whatsoever. Rushing work will lead to both parties not enjoying the work. Please remember that I am human too.
▪︎The personal work I post during the progress on the commission is not me avoiding working on your commission, it is purely because I feel more comfortable potentially messing up on personal stuff when I try new techniques. Work like this will be marked with [Personal]. If you see something that you like in one of these before your commission is done, then let me know!
Revisions:
•Once the commission is begun, I will share several forms of WIPs. One being a general pose idea where I block out the body shape using a silhouette, a greyscale series of different scenes if the commission calls for it, and a sketch of the confirmed composition and pose.
•The sketch phase is the last and best chance for me to get any of the larger changes done, any other changes during the progression of the commission could push back the progress, possibly incurring a small fee.
•Anything major, like a whole revision upon the request of the commissioner, will have a small fee depending on the price of the commission.
Refunds and Cancellations:
•Once the commission enters the final sketch phase, cancelation will result in the refund of half of the total price of the commission.
•Full refunds will be rewarded if the commission is cancelled before the final sketch phase, or if unforeseen events happen on my end that lead to me not being able to do the work.
•Repeated cancellations of work in the sketch phase will lead to a potential denial of service.
Other:
•If you cannot think of anything for a commission, I do allow people to let me use artistic liberty. I like to call this a "Have Fun!" Commission.
•I may not be available for certain tiers of commission depending on my workload.
•Any character that causes possible problems to arise with copyright laws due to them infringing upon previous works (Pokemon, Protogen, Digimon, etc.) shall be forwarded towards the commissioner due to me being only the artist in the matter, not the one that requested the art.
•Terms of Service are up to my interpretation when it comes to the whether they are broken or not.
