I'm a big fan of SAI/SAI2, no other brush engine feels anywhere near as comfortable to me. On the other hand it is somewhat limited on the more technical aspects and i frequently switch to Photoshop for fancier transforms or things like adjustment layers.

I did give CSP a brief try but found the interface very counterintuitive.
