Yanno, last night while i was laying awake like i always do, i contaplated going back to school. I'm still sort of debating it. I'm just afraid i'll still do what i did when i was in school >,< my attention span is so damn short. >,<

I'd say do it... when you are older... things become easier... for some reason.

heheheh be that as it may, my attention span is still that of a gnat. >,< Gah..then there's the whole...What do i wanna go into school for? I would LOVE to go in for art, i really would. I always wanted to. But What would I do with that knowledge after?

For practicality i should go in for business or something..but i don't have the head for it. Mew. I know i sound all flighty and stuff..it's just..if i do go back...i don't want to waste my time, or money...nor do i want to waste Their time either.

Well, it certainly is a comitment... and a lot of time. I WISH it was as simple as just going to school in order to better yourself, but it's a major commitment and time consuming activity... as you may well know. And, I'm afraid that you have to pretty much place it as a first priority if you want to really be serious about. It can't really be a fleeting interest, but if you are feeling that drive, man, I say go for it! And, you don't have to be declared on what you want to study per se (besides you'll be stuck with generals to begin with), but it might help your motivation if you know why you are there.

And, my experiences with business have been dark and depressing (with exactly the same pragmatic motivators such as yourself). But, unless you have a mind and nack for that shit, I would avoid it like the plague. Nothing is going to fuck your time and energy like a business degree major. And, yeah... yeah... uh... it's all about keeping on top of things I'd say, school is an exercise in time management above anything else, which I am not always so gifted in myself.

Heh. When I needed to do my Polish homework, I was usually writing essays twice as long as required. Not because of nerdiness. I just felt I didn't say all I had to XD But really, don't overdo stuff unless you want to prove how awesome thou art.

5 sketchbook drawings a week? Now I feel a sudden urge to punch my traditional printing teacher in the gut for making us do at least 20. But then again...good times, good times ;_;

Glad to hear it's fun at least :3...don't get too annoyed with the study-a-completely-boring-object classes, in the end they actually help you improve in drawing shapes and placing them in an open or limited space...it sounds stupid only now.

Yeah, what's lame is that I'm actually taking these asignments with a half-ass approach, yet still the most skilled profound artist in the room, in the case of profundity, I trump even the teacher.

And, Polish, should be a treat. I just... can't wait to get rid of this fuckin english class. I'm easily starting to realize that this "school thing" is going to be an all time consuming activity.

a friend of mine used to do kendo as exercise while studying cybernetics. he too, had a half-ass approach, it was nothign serious, so why give all? and he ended up 'rookie of the year'... he even made a match against a japanese kendo champion at a championship once... (because said champion forgot his battle cry which cost him the points to a hit). and ym friend was like, "wtf, I didn't even TRY!"
there is a saying in german I can't translate (maybe your friends can translate it into polish for you XD) which goes like,
