Commission Terms of Service

1: General terms:
1.1: I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
1.2: I prefer having a continous dialogue with my customers to ensure we're both happy with the result.
1.3: I can send WIPs. I will await your approval before continuing. If it's a split commission, I will await approval from all.
1.4: I will await your approval before publishing the story. Should I not get it, I am allowed to use the full story, or parts of it, for my own purposes.
1.5: If the story contains characters that are not yours, I need written permission from their owners. Surprise gift stories may be cause for exception.
1.6: If you cancel an already started order, you are obliged to pay for the work already done, but not any further work from that point.
1.7: I require a small bit of artistic freedom for my creativity. Nothing that will ruin key elements or character attributes, of course. But the writing style will be my own. If you want to make sure it suits you, feel free to read the stories I have posted before ordering a commission.
1.8: You do not have the right to change / edit the course of a story that was agreed upon before start.
1.9: You are free to re-upload my stories, but only if you credit me, preferably via link in the description.
1.10: I own the stories and have all creative rights to them. While the character might be yours, you have no right to publish my story as your own; or remove my name from them, or in any other way make it seem as I am not the creator of the story.
1.11: If this wasn't obvious, IT'S NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OKAY TO CHANGE MY CREATIVE WORKS TO YOUR OWN LIKING WITHOUT MY CONSENT, EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR IT AND CREDIT ME.
1.12: You have to be 18 years or older to commission me, no matter the content.
2: Themes:
2.1: I accept both SFW and NSFW themes.
2.2: I have the right to refuse any theme for any reason.
2.3: For NSFW commissions, there are some kinks I refuse to write about, such as:
- scat / fart
- vomit
- cub / pedo
- hyper
- micro / macro
- extreme inflation
If you are unsure whether I'll accept your commission or not, please just ask :)
2.4: There are some "extreme" kinks that I do write about, such as:
- blood / vampirism
- vore
- gore
- non-consentual / rape

2.5: I can work with anything from fantasy to modern age to sci-fi, including steampunk.
3. Pricing and payment terms:
3.1: My current prices are listed under Commission info.
3.2: All payments are done through PayPal, either if you send to me as "goods and services", or I will send you an invoice.
3.3: I start working on your commission once I have recieved the base price money. Payment is expected within 72 hours. Work starts after a course, goal and a basic transcript has been made and agreed on by all parts.
- If you are unsure of how long you want a story, we can agree on a "price roof" before work starts. I will make sure the price never exceeds that roof.
- If you have a longer commission planned, I will start work once the full price has been paid.
- If you have ordered a free fluent story, we agree on a "price roof" before work starts. You will then pay for its total length after it's been finished. Once paid for, it will be delivered to you.
3.4: If you cancel an already started order, you are obliged to pay for the work already done, but not any further work from that point.
3.5: If you cancel an order before it's been started, you will be given a full refund.
3.6: If I need to cancel your order on my end, you will be given a full refund. If it's a fluent order, you will be refunded for the cancelled part. The parts that have already been finished are delivered products.
3.7: All refunds will be handled through PayPal.
3.8: If you split commissions with someone, I will start work after I've received payment from both parts. If one person cancels their part, the others included are obliged to pay for the cancelled part if necessary.
3.9: Fraudulent PayPal disputes will get you blacklisted, and forbidden to use any of my work. I am still allowed to use the work I've done for my own purposes.
3.10: Stories will be completed within a agreed upon timeframe, in most cases within 1 week. Should something occur that will require me to need extra time, I must notify you of this, but it may not delay the order further than 1 month. Should it be delayed further, you have the right to cancel for a full refund, or a partial refund if it's a fluent story. Exception being major life events that I could not have prevented; such as a major accident or the death of a relative.
