Need of help to keep doing SFM!

My computer is failing. Its 10+ years old and I have kept it limping on for so long. The three main things I need is new CPU, a new motherboard (I got it used about 10 years ago), and new ram.
SFM is a huge laggy mess. I also dabble in 3D modeling and when I do any of this, its like Russian Roulette. Its insanely laggy and reboots randomly quite a lot, hence why I haven't been able to get much out besides whats already in my patreon early access.
My builder says the cheapest we can go with is $280. For those of you who don't know, I barley have a roof over my head. I have $10 to my name, and have medical issues that prevent my from leaving the house, let alone working a normal job.
I hate asking, but If anyone could help, I would love that. My commissions are open. I'm not expecting any donations, but even if you can throw a buck or two my way.
