this site change sure is A Thing, isn't it? I'm gonna see if I can get used to it before almost definitely switching back to the old layout 'cause this is making me claustrophobic

You can switch it back
Go to account settings and then to layout I believe
FA finally updated to the year 2010 in time for 2020
Don’t know why they thrusted the new version on us, especially when it’s only a beta.
