Happy new years! + update

I hope everyone has had a happy holidays and has a Happy new years tonight!
I wanted to do a quick journal update as it's been quite a while since my last no?
Anyways, I got out of an abusive relationship earlier this year and I currently live with my best friend and service dog and I'm doing much better mentally. I helped my friend get out of an abusive household and I'm the one who covers most of the rent and bills and such on my own currently ( I'm fine with this by the way). One of my biggest goals for 2020 is to complete my commission queue entirely! Last year I let my Bad living situation with my ex get the better of me mentally and that greatly affected my work flow, I'm not used to being so slow! I don't think I've ever taken this long on commissions before and for that I apologize, I'm genuinely incredibly grateful to how kind and patient my commissioners are. The past few years were alot for me, I lived with abusive family members who would yell and scream at me, etc. then finally earlier this year, I got out of that only to end up living with my ex who was abusive as hell on top of that, Honestly 2019 was exhausting and beat the shit out of me.
I still made great progress on my queue due to the help of one of my best friends sunneflyer over on twitter ( their account: https://twitter.com/sunneflyer) and I'm so thankful for her help this year, I'm lucky to have them as such a great friend. I have a much smaller queue then when I started 2019. I still have a bit left though that I'm slowly but surely working through, and aside from the occasional YCH I'm not taking any commissions until my current queue is finished. My prices and T.O.S are not up to date currently, they will be updated when eventually I start taking commissions. I survived most of last year on adopts and will continue to do so until my queue is done. I ask if you would still like your commission to be completed be patient if you see me post adoptables, it does not mean I've forgotten your commission. Adoptables are a great way for me to make rent, pay bills, and feed myself and my dog without adding anything more to my commission queue! Adopts help me out alot and make it so that I can, you know, live, I promise I'm not ignoring or forgetting anyone when I post them, so please try not to be insecure by me posting adoptables. I also ask that people please be patient and keep in mind I'm not glued to my computer 24/7, if I don't answer your note right away I promise I am never ignoring you, I may just be with family or something! I will get to your message I promise, but I am one human being and I do not have any assistants or anything haha.

As for my current customers, if you want a refund you are absolutely entitled to it for me taking so long and don't worry if you want to tell me you would like one, and I will refund you as soon as I possibly can, do keep in mind that my priority is feeding myself, my roomate, pets, and keeping the lights on in my apartment, but I have no problem putting you on the refund list if you would like! I have weekends off though and I need those for my mental health just like anyone else so please be patient with me on weekends.
