This charm is exclusive to the charm of the month club. In the event I have leftovers, Patrons get first dibs to buy them in February. If there's still some available then they will be sold at cons and in the shop. However, once they're gone, they're gone!
So, consider supporting my work and pledging to the charm of the month! February's COTM will be posted up for Patrons to check out first and decide whether they wish to continue to pledge or reduce/cancel their tier.
