Tell me how literally a day after I have a new schedule set they come at me saying they're not gunna hire the guy they literally said was starting Monday, was gunna shadow me, everything.
Only to turn around now have me being the only one working for them, fuck my schedule around again AFTER I'd already talked over and agreed to a new one that I WANTED and now I'm stuck working full day shifts again because they NEED me to do them.
At least they didn't touch my fuggin weekend that I finally got back to myself after like two years of never wanting to work it in the first place. End mini rant I guess. I'm so fuggin tired of this shit.

They're so neurotic about hiring, or NOT being able to hire someone, that LITERALLY they just arranged today to retire one of their horses to make the work less for me because now I'M their only employee with them taking over just a BIT of the work. So, translation, they literally can't even do the work to take care of their own animals.
Totally omitting all the batshit crazy reasonings why my boss Elizabeth didn't wanna hire this dude who had literally nothing wrong with him and that my once-weekly maintenance day helping out her husband Don around the property got dropped like a hot sack of shit as soon as the prospect of hiring a guy to do it was on the table. Like I hadn't been doing all the work just fine for the last 2 damn years.
