The new year has started pretty well and for now all is quiet.
It is too early to say if this 2020 will work for me, but the fact of being active in some circumstances and star taking more seriously my health is already in itself a good achievement.
I admit, I still have so much fear for the future.
But i fight the evil thoughts of fear and sadness with more force than before.
Let's go on, the adventure has just begun.
