So apparently, this needs to be printed on my page since there appears to be a (or more than one) homicidal lunatic making threats against me; I won't bother saying his/her username since they keep deleting their accounts after making their threats. I imagine so no one can respond back, access their IP addresses, or look their personal information to be arrested. I'd like to say I won't be intimated or bullied by this person but this is getting to be too much:
1. La Pavita Pechugona is owned by Luis Ernesto Gonzalez, we ALL know this by now as EVERYONE accredits him whenever artwork is posted here. We've seen the cartoon and what it's aimed at, all credit is due to the creator for his hard-work and great animation. I am NOT claiming to own that animation or trying to steal his work.
2. The copyright law has a doctrine called fair use that (in the name of free speech) protects certain uses that would otherwise be an infringement; you'd get far more trouble for murder than copyright infringement in any case. These commissions are not being re-sold or made for a profit either, "fan-art" does not violate the terms and if it did, Rule 34 wouldn't exist so fluidly.
3. There are easily countless of images that can be found on most sites (not just Furaffinity) that have images of this (or any) fictional character in some fashion or manner, before I ever started and long after I will stop. And this character ISN'T the first, nor the last, character to have lewd "artwork" made of her/him. I am NOT the only one doing this.
I don't know why this particular individual has me as their specific target suddenly, or why he/she feels that desperately inclined to be aggressive of this subject to the point of killing someone over a fictional character. However, good luck getting to the other million artists and commissioners that use her image after killing me. I hope this person gets the psychological help they so need... or see a priest if they're religious... either case, I've submitted harassment charges and leaving the comment (screenshot) in my Scraps-Gallery as evidence.
In conclusion, to whoever is sending these death-threats, just stop already
