My dog could have died because of your idiocy
16 years ago
Out at the barn today I noticed my dog was nowhere to be seen, so I called for her and she came running up with a box of rat poison to share with me because apparently it was SOOOooo delicious. She and my friends dog both had crushed up poison pellets between their molars when we checked their mouths, because some fucker laid poison out next to the tractor in its shed and the dogs got in there.
So we gave them peroxide to force them to throw up, and then it was off to the vet for charcoal and vitamin K injections and pills for the next week.
I have a good idea of the moron who laid poison down in an OPEN building. Poison is a HORRIBLE way to die and a horrible way to deal with pests. Any creature could stumble across an open box of rat poison and snack on it, including my poor fucking puppy. So thanks a lot asshole.
I'm SO glad Blue ran up to me with the box. She could have just eaten a bunch of it and then died later in fucking agony.

FA+

But, I understand how you feel on this situation. If something terrible happens to any of my cats, I would upset as well. Glad to know that your dog got better now and everything is ok.
My friend LIVES there at the farm where the poison was put down, her dog is a farm dog who goes everywhere around the property with her.
There are some sheds there that are leased out to different people to store things in. The poison came from one of the open sheds, where that person has NO RIGHT to lay down poison because A)they dont own the property and B) they know the farm dog or any other creature could easily walk in and find it. There are little kids there too sometimes, what if they had played around with it?
If they don't want to find rats on their things, they need to invest in an INDOOR storage unit.. not one that sits out on the edge of a pasture where rats, birds, squirrels, and whatever else wants to come and go can get in there.
I'm sorry, anyone who puts out POISON, so an animal can suffer, an innocent ANIMAL, is a sick creature in my opinion. I own eight cats, all of which run around outside whenever they please, and this story just gave me chills. I don't even know how a person can live with themselves if they do that...
Wow that's scary I hope that fucker dies.
I'm glad your puppy is okay
its a shame that people without any compassion and common sense can go out and buy poison.
We have a problem with Coyotes, and we were concerned about an elderly horse we have who has trouble getting up and down.. so the owner of the property we lease to keep the horses on said he'd go out and buy some kind of poisoned meat with Styrofoam in it and throw it in the creek!!!? We were like NO! Not only will it kill everything else that finds it, it will poison the creek too! People are so thoughtless and stupid sometimes.
oh and thanks for the watch :3
Poor Blue. ;_;
