I made some updates to my ToS, see them outlined below!
Pose Reference Images
I've been getting a lot of commissions lately where I've been asked to copy the pose of an existing piece of work. That's totally fine! I just wanted to announce here that if you send me a reference image for the pose, I will do my best to capture the essence/energy of that pose, but I will not copy or trace the pose directly. I'll always do my own sketch independent of the pose reference (while looking at it, of course!), but I won't be recreating that exact pose pixel-for-pixel. I've already been following this rule on my end and everyone's been totally fine with it, so I decided to go ahead and make it more formal!
That said, if you have permission to use a pose, or the pose was posted somewhere as a free-to-use artist reference, then let me know and I won't worry so much about copying other people's work, haha!
Private Commissions
If you would like me not to post your commission to my gallery, that's totally fine! Just let me know and I can either upload the completed piece to my sta.sh or email it to you. Just let me know which you'd prefer. ^^
