Do you think long ears or horns should be taken in count when measuring a character's height? or just calculate it on the top of the head?
I'd say both methods work, but since nobody specifies that, maybe I've been doing it wrong all this time xD

I usually just do from the top of the head [if multiple heads, the one with the longest neck or all if the necks are all the same length], and from that, down to the bottom of the feet, if the character has a long tail, that would be added on separately as 'tail length'.. mm, but that's how I would do it, it varies depending on how you like to do these things~ ^_^

Not sure if I should count horns on it though, they may be static, but still a bit tricky
(just imagine a very short person with very longs horns, I wouldn't be sure if that should be considered tall or not xD)
horns are static, but even with those I think it feels a bit like cheating x3
