Honestly I'm sure this is something you've thought about, or if you're not an artist maybe it's less obvious to you *(And denying this would only prove that you may just be completely clueless of this strategy)
BUT
It's really Fucking obvious that when you leave shouts on my page saying "Thanks for watch!" or "Thanks for fave!", you're looking for clicks from me.
This is a serious advertising technique and realistically, it's a pretty smart way to get attention to your page. But What you may not realize is it's very obvious and I find it pretty rude. I don't know you, you don't know me. If you're really that fucking happy about me liking your shit, send a note.
Leaving a shout on my page is FOR FOLLOWERS WHO WANT TO TALK TO ME ABOUT RELEVANT SHIT ONLY - Not for your secretive advertising methods - which, surprise bitch, I know all about it. And don't even try to tell me this is not the case, for every one person who's genuine on my shouts, there's 10 who are looking for clicks. This is why I will never leave shouts like these on other people's pages. Because MY PROFILE IS NOT A GAME OF FUCKING COOKIE CLICKERS -- K THANKS!!!!!

I thank people though shouts for watching me but just because I'm happy like my characters enough to watch me
I have it pretty obviously state on my page not to thank me for watches and favourites.. yet they still feckin do???? Like, if anything ignoring that /glossing over my page makes me bitter, feel like just another faceless click and makes me low key wanna block people. QQ
So I can totally see where you're coming from with this personally.
I also don't have a large/active following or anything so I don't feel like I get many shouts in the first place either so I guess YMMV.
I do understand where your frustration is coming from though.
