How about icon commissions, a big high resolution headshot seeing as larger files are easier to shrink. You choose a price, because being between work its unlikely I'd be able to afford it anyway! xD

Got a (possible dumb) idea for you: A repeatable YCH where the commissioner takes a trip to the lab, and is given their choice of growth serums. It would kind of be a PWYW in the sense that each change (bust, belly, etc) would have a cost associated with it. This way, it gives the commissioner choice, and a simple teimplate means you can bang them out relatively quickly.
